MY THEORETICAL ORIENTATION

I have an integrative theoretical orientation which means I draw from different therapeutic frameworks in order to provide you with an individually tailored, evidence-based treatment. I mainly draw from the following orientations: Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Humanistic/Existential Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Sensorimotor Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Most importantly, I provide a safe, inclusive, and non judgmental space where you can start the healing process.

I work with adults (18+) and couples. My areas of expertise include: anxiety, depression, stress, Eating Disorders (Binge Eating Disorder and Disordered Eating), PTSD, complex PTSD, childhood trauma, gender identity issues, sexuality, relationship dynamics, attachment issues (i.e. if you typically have difficulties staying in or letting go of relationships), interpersonal, and existential issues.

If you have any questions about whether I might be able to help please don't' hesitate to contact me.
