My fee is the APNL recommended fee ($210) and it is due at the start of each appointment. I take VISA, cheque, e-transfer, or cash. You will be provided with a receipt to claim reimbursement from your insurer or for an income tax deduction.
I am registered with Blue Cross Insurance, Sunlife, etc. In addition, most insurance providers will provide coverage.
